Daniel C. Ferrere, Sr enlisted in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard in 1983 while a Junior in High School.  He earned his commission in 1989 through ROTC at the University of Pittsburgh and served 5 years at Fort Stewart, GA doing 2 tours in the Middle East where he earned his Combat Infantry Badge.  Daniel Sr., a retired accountant, started fly fishing in 2022 and has been “hooked” ever since and desires to assist fellow veterans in anyway he can through volunteering.
